To ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, and to adhere to CDC guidelines, we require facial coverings to be worn while visiting our store. Facial coverings may be removed by guests during spa treatment services. All equipment and tools used during services are disinfected with products registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Use Against Emerging Enveloped Viral Pathogens. This ensures the health and safety of all of our customers.
All employees are required to practice good hand hygiene, including regularly washing their hands with warm water for at least 20 seconds, including before and after services. Your health and safety are our priority!
We remove all table setup items; fold linens in on themselves and place in lined, lidded hampers positioned outside the treatment space. We clean anything the client came in contact with, including massage table, face cradle, stool, bolsters, door knobs, side tables, chairs, etc.
